How GEAR UP Kentucky supports parents & guardians

At GEAR UP Kentucky, we know families play a crucial role in helping their students plan for life after high school. We’re here as a partner that offers information, tools, and guidance to help ensure you are as well-equipped as you can be to help your student as they make future plans.

Something important to know: When we say “college,” we mean any education after high school, whether that be:

A short-term certification program or trade school
A 2-year associate degree program
A 4-year bachelor’s degree program
